Your card is authorized at booking and charged once the pickup or drop-off is complete.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Cancel at least 2 hours before your window for a full automatic refund back to your card in 3–5 business days.
What if my crew can't reach the mattress?
We call you first. If we can't complete the job, you're refunded in full minus nothing — no trip fee.
Do you really run at 3am?
Booking is always open, and overnight windows are available in most service areas.
